Answers before you start
Does Puentiac post for me?
No, and that's on purpose. It's a security measure to avoid bans, which you risk with any other tool that posts for you. The Post on X button opens X with your text already written and you press Post yourself.
Where do the posts come from?
Mainly what you actually shipped: logged by your Claude or Codex over MCP, auto-imported from GitHub pushes and merged PRs, or typed in by hand. On quieter days we fill the gaps with what's trending in your niche and a library of formats that worked in other niches, adapted to yours. Everything is written in your voice.
Do you connect to my X account?
No, never. Any tool that posts for you puts your account at risk: it can get banned or even taken over. You can use Log in with X just to sign in (we only read your name and photo), but Puentiac never posts, never reads your timeline and never keeps access to your account. There is no scraping and no automation, so you run no risk at all.
How does connecting Claude work?
Create a connection in the app and add one command to Claude Code, Codex or Cursor. Your own AI then reads your voice, logs what you ship and saves posts to your queue, using your own subscription. Prefer not to touch MCP at all? Connect GitHub instead and pushes do it for you.
Can I run more than one project?
Yes. Starter includes 1 project and Grow includes 2, each with its own voice, work log and queue - handy for a client site and a side project, or two clients at once.
How does the free trial work?
You get 3 days of your plan free, no card required. Add a payment method anytime from Plan & billing to keep posting after the trial - if you don't, access pauses until you do.
What does annual billing save?
Annual plans include two months free: you pay for 10 months and use 12. Starter is $90 a year and Grow is $140 a year.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel or change plan from the billing portal whenever you want and keep your posts.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are not automatic. We review each request on a case-by-case basis and decide based on the situation. Contact us within 7 days of purchase if you want to ask for one.
