Terms of service

1. The service

Puentiac keeps a daily queue of ready-to-post X (formerly Twitter) posts written in your voice, from your own work, news in your niche and formats that worked in other niches. It also offers idea suggestions, one-click edits, suggested posting times and interaction tasks. You review, edit and publish every post yourself: the Post on X button only opens X with the text filled in.

2. Not affiliated with X

Puentiac is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by X Corp. X and the X logo are trademarks of their owner. We never post, like, follow, reply or send messages on your behalf, and we do not scrape X.

3. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything done through your account.

You can sign up with an email and password or with Sign in with X. If you sign in with X we only read your name, @username and profile picture to identify you; we do not keep access to your X account. Accounts created with X can add an email and password in Settings.

4. AI-generated content

Posts and suggestions are generated with the help of AI from the voice profile, opinions and facts you give us. They can contain mistakes. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing and publishing anything from your own account, and for making sure it is accurate, lawful and follows the rules of the platform where you publish it.

We do not guarantee any result such as followers, reach, engagement, leads or revenue.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Puentiac to:

• harass, deceive, defraud or spam people, or publish unlawful, hateful or infringing content;
• impersonate others or misrepresent facts about yourself or your business;
• break the rules of X or any other platform where you publish;
• attack, overload, reverse engineer or resell the service, or use it to build a competing product;
• share your account or connection tokens with other people.

We may limit, suspend or close accounts that do.

6. Free trial

New accounts include a 3-day free trial. To start it you choose a plan and add a payment card. You pay $0.00 today, and the card is charged for the plan you chose when the 3 days end, unless you cancel before then. You can cancel any time before the trial ends from Plan & billing in the app and you will not be charged. One free trial per account.

7. Plans, prices and billing

Starter costs $9 a month or $90 a year (3 fresh posts a day, up to 150 generated posts a month). Grow costs $14 a month or $140 a year (10 fresh posts a day, up to 450 a month). Annual plans include two months free. Prices are in US dollars and may not include taxes; where required, VAT or sales tax is added at checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the then-current price until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe. Usage limits reset daily and monthly as shown in the app; unused posts do not roll over.

We will tell you at least 30 days before a price increase takes effect for your plan, and you can cancel before it does.

8. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from Plan & billing (billing portal) and keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Refunds are not automatic: each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis, contacting us within 7 days of a payment. The details are in our Refund and cancellation policy.

9. Your content and our rights

You keep ownership of the content you give us (your voice profile, opinions, shipped work) and of the posts you publish. You give us permission to process that content only to run the service for you.

Puentiac, its software, design and formats belong to us. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is active.

10. Third-party services

The service relies on providers such as Stripe (payments), OpenAI (AI writing), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting) and X (optional login). Their availability and terms are outside our control. See the Privacy policy for how your data is shared with them.

11. Suspension and termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings; this removes your data and cancels any active subscription. We may suspend or terminate access if you break these terms, if required by law, or to protect the service or other users.

12. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability or that content will be error-free.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or account restrictions on third-party platforms. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the operator of Puentiac is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. For material changes we will give notice in the app or by email before they apply. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
